Orchard Rentals

Would you like to host your special event at the orchard? Here at Porters, we have two 20′ x 30′ tents and a covered pavilion available for you to host family reunions, birthday parties, weddings, church picnics and more!

 

Monday through Saturday:

  • 9am – 12pm

  • 12:30pm – 3:30pm

  • 4pm – 7pm

Sunday:

  • 12:30pm – 3:30pm

  • 4pm – 7pm

Package #1

Includes all of the following:

  • 3 Hour Rental of a Tent or Pavilion
  • Access to use Gas Grill
  • 1 Donut per person
  • 1 Cup of Apple Cider or Cider Slushie per person
  • 1 Hay Ride per person
  • Porter’s Orchard Guest Service Advisor

$6.00 Per Person, 20 Person Minimum ($120.00 minimum charge)

 

Package #2

Includes all of the following:

  • 3 Hour Rental of a Tent or Pavilion
  • Access to use Gas Grill
  • Unlimited Donuts, Apple Cider, and Apple Cider Slushies
  • 1 Hay Ride per person
  • Porter’s Orchard Guest Service Advisor

$9.00 Per Person, 20 Person Minimum ($180.00 minimum charge).

 

Tours

Planning a school field trip or have a group that would like a tour of the orchard? We’ll get you taken care of!

Includes an educational tour of the orchard and cider mill, hay ride around the farm, glass of cider and a fresh cider donut, and time to unwind at our pavilion and play areas!

Children will be given a bag to pick their own apples and a small pumpkin!

Children: $6.50
Adults: $3.00
Teachers: Free!

Wanting to add even more fun to your event? We’ve got some add-ons for that!

  • Bounce House- $3.00 per jumper
  • Bonfire– Free to use with your own wood. We can provide firewood for a $15.00 fee. Must be supervised at all times!
  • Pie Pumpkins (~5lbs) – $2.50 each
  • Jack-o-Lanturn Pumpkins (15-40lbs) – $9.00 each
  • Corn Maze – $6.00 per person
  • Guided tour of orchard — Additional $3.00 per person with the event. (Please book in advance)
